At Ignite Yoga & Wellness, we’re proud to introduce our Strap Wall Yoga — a one-of-a-kind practice designed to support, challenge, and transform the way you move. Built right here by local hands (our founder’s husband and even the kids sanded each board!), this wall is more than equipment, it’s a tool for strength, alignment, and healing.

Private Sessions for Back Care, Spinal Issues & Scoliosis


In addition to our group Strap Wall Yoga classes, we offer private sessions designed for anyone managing back issues, especially scoliosis. These one-on-one sessions integrate postural training, gentle traction, and Schroth Method-inspired breathing to support your spine and help you feel stronger and more balanced.
