Studio Policies & Terms
At Ignite Yoga & Wellness, our goal is to create a safe, consistent, and high-quality experience for every person who walks through our doors. The following policies are in place to support that environment and ensure clarity for all clients.
By creating an account, booking a class, or making a purchase through our website or app, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Account Responsibility
All class bookings, purchases, and waivers are completed through our branded app or website.
By creating an account and booking a class, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed and agreed to all studio policies
- You have completed and signed the required liability waiver
- You understand the nature of the services being provide
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
Participation in yoga, fitness, and wellness activities involves inherent physical risk.
All clients are required to complete a liability waiver prior to participation. By attending class, you acknowledge that:
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
- You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition
- You will modify or rest as needed
Ignite Yoga & Wellness and its instructors are not responsible for injuries sustained during participation.
Heated Class Participation (Infrared)
Ignite Yoga & Wellness offers infrared heated classes ranging approximately from 90°F to 105°F+.
By attending heated classes, you acknowledge:
- The increased physical demands of exercising in a heated environment
- The importance of proper hydration and electrolyte balance
- The risk of heat-related illness, dizziness, or fatigue
Clients are responsible for:
- Hydrating adequately before and after class
- Taking breaks as needed
Arrival & Late Entry Policy
Studio doors open 15 minutes prior to class and are locked promptly at the scheduled start time.
- No late entry is permitted once class begins
- This policy is in place for safety, structure, and respect for all participants
We strongly encourage arriving early to allow time to settle in and prepare.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that schedules change. To respect our instructors and fellow clients:
- Classes must be canceled at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time
- Late cancellations will result in the loss of the class credit
For unlimited members:
- A $5 no-show fee will be charged for missed classes without cancellation
Purchases, Expiration & Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
- No refunds are issued for class packs, memberships, or drop-ins
- Class packs expire as follows:
- 5-Class Pack: 4 months from purchase
- 10-Class Pack: 6 months from purchase
- Expiration dates are strictly enforced
Membership Policy
Ignite Yoga & Wellness offers recurring membership options only.
- Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis
- There are no long-term contracts—members may cancel at any time
To cancel a membership:
- We require 30 days’ notice, either written or verbal
- Your membership will remain active during this 30-day period
- Cancellation will take effect 30 days from the date notice is given
No refunds or prorations will be issued for membership charges once processed.
Studio Etiquette
To maintain a focused and respectful environment:
- Phones are not permitted in the studio room
- Devices in the lobby must be set to Do Not Disturb
- Please be mindful of others’ space and experience
Participation Responsibility
Our teaching approach emphasizes personal awareness and autonomy.
All clients are encouraged to:
- Move in a way that respects their body
- Modify as needed
- Prioritize breath and control over intensity
You are the authority on your body. We are here to guide—not override that.
Policy Enforcement
These policies are in place to support the integrity of the studio and the safety of our community.
By attending Ignite Yoga & Wellness, you agree to adhere to these policies. Consistent enforcement allows us to create a reliable and respectful experience for everyone.
Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy:
If a participant needs to cancel their registration for a workshop or event, they must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the offering. You will receive your money back or be credited class credits if you wish. If canceled outside of this time frame, you will not be issued a refund. If we cancel an offering for any reason, we will notify participants as soon as possible and provide a full refund of the registration fee. We are not responsible for any other expenses incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation costs. In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety of participants or the ability to conduct the event, we may cancel or reschedule. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and provided with options for rescheduling or a full refund.
